Golden’s 47th mayor will be Marjorie Sloan, and she’ll be joined on the dais by Saoirse Charis-Graves and Marcie Miller. The results in all three races were decisive.
Mayor:
Marjorie Sloan – 69.91%
Wayne Weber – 30.09%
City Council District 1:
Saoirse Charis-Graves – 55.47%
Richard Feltes – 44.53%
City Council District 2:
Marcie Miller – 62.07%
Steven Gallant – 37.93%
Both Jill Fellman and Lesley Dahlkemper won their Jefferson County school board elections with impressive margins, as well. Congrats to all the newly elected folks, and hats off to everyone who ran in all of the races this year for being willing to step up.
